Kachayu currently ships within the United States.

Standard Shipping: Free on all U.S. orders. Estimated delivery is 4 to 6 business days.

Orders are carefully packed to protect our handcrafted glass, wood, and shell products during transit. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us at support@hayatibrands.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has shipped.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

We do not currently offer international shipping.
