Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

Because Kachayu products are handcrafted from natural materials, variations in wood grain, shape, color, glass texture, bubbles, and the natural aqua tint of recycled glass are normal and are not considered defects.

To request a return, contact us at support@hayatibrands.com before sending the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged in transit, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you when the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time by your bank or card issuer may vary.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must be handled as a return.

Final Sale Items

Gift cards and items specifically marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
